Just go to NPC (Nick Performance Clutch) out in Archerfield. They have a warehouse full of Daikin Exedy clutches and have the tools to customise.
They are cheap as (eg: $300). I have a Daikin with 2000 pound customised plate.

i'm getting my clutch and flywheel machined at direct clutch @ albion today and they said they can modify an existing daiken/exedy pressure plate to pretty much whatever clamping force i wanted for $185. flywheel machine is only $45 too.

Yeah, NPC do as well. My clutch i think was $250 and $100 for pressure plate customissing. Above $300 something for whole exedy setup.
