Apparently the blue one is unboxed but mint, the black one is mint with box both made in Japan, with openning bonnet and doors, 1/40 scale, 11cm in length.
Possibly may have 2 or 3 more of the Astina, not sure which models, he will try to dig them out of his collection and send me more photos.
I have sent a pic of the BA model to show him what he is looking for, but if any of our BG owners are interested in these, I can get prices.
I think it's going to be "make an offer" and if we sell both then more than likely he will be more flexible on price?

Let me know what you guys think.
I am still searching for others.
I doubt they will be as cheap as Dan's smaller resin models though.
I would expect him to be wanting around the $50 mark plus postage.
Like I said, we can make offers though.... and see if he comes up with other models, colours etc......

Cheers,

Just thought I'd post and mention that I have emailled the people at Autoart model cars (http://www.autoartmodels.com) to see if they'd start to produce a 1:18 scale model of the BA Astina.. I'll let you know of the reply when I get it.

IMO, as I've been collecting the Autoart models for some time, they're the best made models for an affordable price.. I picked up a bright blue R34 Skyline 1:18 scale for under $100.. some of the more expensive models that are in-excess of $160 include the concept of the VT Commodore Coupe [in Navy blue], also the final production model of the Holden CV8 Monaro in Hothouse green, a 22B Subaru Impreza and the new Lambo with the name that no one can pronounce.. :D Expensive hobby, but i like it.. Would explain why so little has been done to my car!
