Brake Calipers?

I know this might sound naff as but does anyone know how easy it is to replace the brake calipers to red ones? Is it expensive and do you have to get genuine ones from a mazda dealer? :)

u would generaly paint a caliper red :p
get some highheat spray paint (ie exhaust, engine or brake paint) and fire away after masking everything else up.

I have never seen red calipers that you can buy for a Mazda Astina.

There is nothing wrong with the way Might Car Mods did theirs, its the same way I have done it to all my previous cars and they looked fine. And im sure its the same way everyone else here has done it.

But if you really want to buy a set of red calipers I can go to the wreckers and buy a set of them off a similar car to yours and clean them and paint them and sell them to you at a nice profit if you like.

Thanx guys!!!!! Making me chuckle at you're comments on the way to do it and the plastic covers! I did actually see them on Ebay but turned my nose up at them... I guess people who know what to look for would tell straight away they were plastic clip ons...
Hmmmm well it's given me food for thought anyway... i guess all depends on what new mags i get as i've gotta turf the mashed chromies...
Which reminds me, must take some happy snaps of the new wheels this weekend. :)

I have done my front brakes but did this while upgrading my brakes as I had the calipers off already so painted them. Rears are a bit trickier as the are a two piece setup but will be taking them off when I get chance and paint them off the car.
