So Saturday ended up pretty much perfect! 1st session the track was pretty much underwater, but towards the end of the second session a dry line started to show up...

Definitely in for ITB's. My plan was to use 4AGE 20v throttles and have an adapter plate made, but I'm all ears if you have a simpler solution!

My throttle body gasket **** itself a while back and that caused similar symptoms. It was letting in unmetered air after the MAF sensor so it was leaning out. That would probably cause the pinging!

Only have great things to say about my AutoExe coilovers! They don't run crazy stiff spring rates either so they're pretty tolerable day to day. Still a stiff setup but it doesn't break your back...

Big difference over the stock DE? The ZE seems like the logical way to go. I'd give the motor a full overhaul before it went in, belts, pump, seals + gaskets ect. (:
