I'm thinking just bend the hangers to the shape/s you like and...

I had a similar problem after cleaning my tb...

I had a similar problem after cleaning my tb about a year ago. It was the throttle cable slightly out of adjustment. Once I put a tiny bit of slack in the cable, everything went back to normal.
