As for the box, might have been a selector fork. It's *that* not uncommon.

Probably the difference between gearboxes - one trans mount uses a spacer under the mount, the other doesn't and just bolts directly to the box.

That's a good question. They don't offer it any more (or any of their Mazda/Autozam stuff, for that matter), but they might still have the moulds.
