My opinion, since your changing the cam seals, might as well change the timing belt, cam seal, crank seals, water pump and i think 2 other belts (think a/c and alternater ?)
At least that way you dont have to touch that area for a very long time, i know it cost for parts, but the labour just getting there cost more so might as well do it the first time.
