Funny I'm getting the same cat error code, intermittently, and my cars only done 89,000 km. For the speedo check you need to find a straight flat bit of road and hold the speed constant. to many hills and turns gives you an incorrect gps read
I like the 0 to 100 k timed runs. makes it easy for testing. A fun device , I'm surprised it works so well on such an old system.
