Just after the shifter itself, already got a knob, how much extra are the bushes?

LIST:
1. Nate-SS
2. Mefo-SS + Knob
3. mike_d87-SS + Knob
4. Adam - SS (BJII)

P.S. Will I be able to put a momo leather boot and knob around this thing?
