I think The MAN's website has the most consistant info regarding the autos. There are only two modern cars that use the FN4A-EL auto now, the 2L Jspec 6 (can't remember cool name) and the SP23. Case casting might be different, just like it is from the BA to BJ gearboxes. I can't say if it mates up with no probs, but it has the same model designation with fantastic gearing for 323s! The SP23 has much bigger rolling diamter out of the factory, so you can imagine that with the 1,2,3,5 equivelant manual gears that it will honk along like a mofo in a 323!
