Love these wheels :P

Changed the gearbox oil last week... no pics though

So this is a problem I've known about for awhile. Both of the timing belt plastic covers have been rubbing on the crankshaft pulley, drive belt and water pump pulley because someones installed it incorrectly when doing the timing belt replacement.

Once I removed both drive belts, camshaft cover, engine mount, waterpump pulley and the crankshaft pulley I was able to see the extent of the damage.

Was glad to see everything underneath was in fine. The crankshaft position sensor was covered in plastic residue though.

The rubber of the engine mount was fine, but for some reason it is free to rotate. The shaft should not be able to slide out like that, I'll be replacing it soon.

Cleaned up the crankshaft position sensor.

Ouch

Cleaned and installed the new lower and upper covers.
