sadly its a common thing for the sp20 coils to melt due to to much heat in the engine bay.. when they melted the second time was the turtle cover (big black plastic thing that bolts on top of the valve cover) on the motor?
also some photos of these melted coils would be nice
so we can get an idea as to how they have melted.
