Just an Update re the Water Leak in my BJ Astina.
I have sealed up the Steering Dust Boot and the Wire Harness plug hole up.
No leaks in the car so far but did notice that there was still the water running out in the same spot below the Plug Hole.
On further investigation i found that this leak is coming from the Join as i think you guys have been talking about.
The Plinth Chamber Front Section is Spot Welded to the actual Chamber Floor, with has separated enough to let the water through.
My next step will be to run a bead along both the Inner and Outer edges to stop this happening.
So the cause of the water running onto the Dust Cover boot was my problem.
I could see where the same water could run over the Clutch Slave Cylinder and then run inside the car, thus running onto the actual Clutch pedal as stated before.
