Ok I'll call around and see what hubs will be, if I do end up getting some made could they add some thickness so that the wheels would sit out a little further and the offset wouldn't matter so much? Also has anyone ever heard of 10x100 pcd before, the guy at the tyre shop that checked for buckles said he hadn't seen it before.
