Pipe is too short, V6 bracket off the radiator support, the rusty bracket under the Cusco can, the battery tray and (if you want to be picky) the air tube that cools the battery.
The +ve lead to the battery needs some of the plastic guide removed and the radiator expansion tank tube needs to be a little longer. Oh and the wiring to the air sensor need to be uncliped.
You could always make brackets but if you bolt directly to the I4 battery tray you end up very close to the trans.
