any gearbox/diff place can do it. and will understand you alot more than most mechanics.
as for giving you a prices. aust vs uk would be very different.
i got a lsd fitted 3 years back, was $280. was originally quote $500, but they said it was an easy swap. and they supplied bolts also, as the ones that came with the lsd were not long enough to go all the way through the crown wheel.
