Yeah I could have spent ten bucks at Jaycar for a lock solenoid that goes CLUNK CLUNK when it operates but the mazda ones a) fit better, b) plug straight in and c) are much quieter.

Can you elaborate on this please?
I would really like remote central locking as well, and I've found a factory receiver. But how do you get a remote, and is it just a plug-in affair? And do you need to change the drivers door striker if you've already got electric central?
