I am not an expert by any stretch of the imagination but personally I cannot see how it would work.......

Rebooting your pc does not reset your peripherals n stuff.
If you add something, you need to actively adjust it.
Surely the thing will go into the equivalent of 'safe mode' and run a bit richer until it leans out.....

You still manually play with timing, do you not?
The car still has a dizzy cap so I am making an assumption here, I could be wrong, stranger things have happened......

I just think that everytime you disconnected the battery for other reasons
ie/ install of new stereo component, change of alarm, door locking mechanism, install of neons etc etc then aren't you going to be spewing if you have got your ecu running "just right"?

No, for some reason it just doesn't ring true for me.... just doesn't sound right!

Sorry fella's, I need more convincing before I try anything that voodoo magic.

*goes back to hanging crystals over the motor and sticking tongue out on the left!*
