Greg didn't go through with lower body placement with you guys. There is a correct distance to set you lower seat rest from your pedals, then you adjust your back rest according to your reach.

On my BA, I have the seat rest on the lowest height setting, and the back rest at 15-20 degrees. But I do change the distance from the pedal 2 notches forward depending on the footwear I am wearing. Thinner sole shoes (ie- my racing shoe) I need to be 1-2cm closer to the pedals.

If anyone wants me to go through it sometime in a future AGT event, I am happy to do so.
