Damned Karcher!!!

HI all,

Went out and bought myself a Karcher with all the bells and whistles the other day, got it home, and thought I would try out the super rotating attachment which has 50% more power than standard.... Damned thing blew the MAZDA and ASTINA stickers (branding) straight off the BG!!! ops:

Anyone know if I can buy replacements decals from Mazda or elsewhere?, as the missus wants to shoot me...

Mazda are good on those things. You may want to put the Karcher to the rest of the stripes and decals so that you can replace them all and have the car looking better than before.
If you don't feel confident talk to a pannel shop, they do the decal thing all the time.

I agree totally, best thing I have ever bought for cleaning the car, plus now I don't have to worry about water restrictions!! And will get $30 off my next water bill as a rebate for buying it. The thing only uses 5 litres of water a minute.. but the pressure is (obviously) really strong.

Yeah, and I don't want that! I am now making sure to stand at a safe distance from the car, and not using the rotating attachment anymore..

DO you use the soap just when you use the brush attachment or do you spray the car with high pressure water and soap before you use the brush?

brush? you did get the bells and whistles!!! add a coin slot, and you could charge $2 per 1.5 minutes!!!!

with the high pressure attachment, you detach the long tube, and then the soad will come out... soap won't feed on mine with high pressure

soo when i used it, i did high pressure, did soap, and then did soap.... but really needed a proper scrub, so i just went back to the old method!!!

but the karcher is not dead, its excellent for keeping the house pretty!!! and also good for keeping small animals away...

lol, will have to try that on the neighbours dog!!! yeah its got a brush that feeds the soapy water though it, so you just squeeze the trigger when you need more soap, worked really well too, just wish the stem was a bit longer, is just a little hard to get used to...
