ba v6 calipers are hey bigger then on the 1.8
hi astina lovers
quick question...1...is the front brake calipers on a v6 bigger than on a 1.8 ba models...2...are the disc bigger in diameter also. what i am thinking of doing is putting the brke caliper from the v6 on a 1.8 has anyone done it before.... :roll: also are they 2 piston calipers on a v6 thanks shane |

Shane . Sorry to say that the v6 calipers are single pistonand I'm unsure of the exact size of the rotors at the front I just measured them with a tape and they look to be approx 275mm. Im not sure if thats the news you were waiting for but hey, "Still Gotta Love The Car"

You know that V6 rotors are 5 stud against the 4cyl being 4x100. Means you need to bring over
the hubs as well and the calipers. If you look at discpads.com you will see there is only about 4mm difference in rotor size not really worth it.
