looking for Gseries Gearbox information
I looked for it but either I can't search or I got no idea.
but I want to know if any one has the ratio's of BG SP astina BA Astina (BP ) - I got KF ( but not BP - with G-box only F box) And sold my workshop manuals and SP20 Plus any sugestions on what box had best ratio selections. if anychanges. I got shifter problems in my 626 box but I want to buy a complete box for both ratio change in future and selector parts. 626 2.2L box is really too tall in 3rd 4th and 5th in some ways. 5th's not bad at 7.17 but rest are so tall 2nd to 3rd and it's like totally off cam - even stock and with stock Automatic cam shaft too. |

thanks man the F-type infor matchs what I have
Love to know the SP20 and BG if any differences. trying to find my GF and GE 626 stuff. I know ford probes have the nice 4.3 diff ratio. but I'd love to get a nice 1-4th setup. mind you I do wish I coudl get the MS BF rally ratios' that would be fun in the city 5th at at 80 at 3200rpm LOL |

Hey Rod,
This page seems to cover off the SP20 gearbox ratios as well as heaps of others: http://www.protegefaq.net/transmission.html Hope it helps! Cheers.
