Lightbulb coilovers- BC's v yellowspeeds?

so looking at some stiffer coilovers... the autoexes are great for going low but arent stiff enough to run the wheels im running how low i want it.. and scrubing like a bitch... killing my tyres.

soo been looking at coilovers but dont really know what im doing ahah sooo.. like the title says..
whats better yellowspeeds or bcs
