rob,
put me down for the 26th! i'm all done with uni then so that would be awesome to relax on a cruise guess wot? i got just over 650kms out of my tank going to qld on fri/sat. was so proud of my little laser james worked it out to be approx. 12L every 100kms i think which is fricking awesome! she performed flawlessly on the highway even james commented on how well she excellerates!!!

i worked it out to be 14KM per litre
and i did not say it accelerates well, stop putting words in my mouth i said it seems to take off mid gear pretty much the same as my car, and it still needs to be shifted to 3rd gear to actually move

hey guess wot james? ..|.. :P ..|.. who's the perfectionist now?? and hun, if you worked it out to be 14L per 100km, that would mean i did 770kms on a tank. don't think i got that far. i only have a 55L tank. yes i am extremely bad at maths, but i'm pretty sure i didn't do 700kms +.....

hey you guys / girls if you got 650km's on a 55l tank u r doing better then 10 to the hundred , 550 on 55l would be 10 which converts to 28mpg
ok 650k's to miles is 404 , 55l to gallons is 12 so u divide the two together an you got 33.6mpg which is roughly 9l per 100 good work

yep like i said before i'm up for the 26th. give us a time and a place and i'm there. i really don't know newcastle too well for good spots - unless we look at somewhere slightly nth of newy like near stockton or sth? - but maybe another mt sugarloaf mite be a good idea or the park that we stopped in on the last cruise overlooking the harbour. if anybody from around newy knows of a nice place please suggest!! bcos if it's tried and tested and is a good place, then we may as well have a go at it
i think fordlaser.com said a 9am meet up at thornleigh maccas. sounds good to me if i treat u all like school children on the day ignore me. i will have been teaching 31 year 3 kids the previous week. if i start asking about mass and how much liquid could fit inside your boot or the cabin of the car, just sliently walk away......
