Just don't let it make that spool sound as you drive by them, they make an evil loud hiss from 2500-4000rpm at a certain throttle position... T'is cool when you're doing laps and want to make your car sound more impressive than it is!

being in qld we never have problems.
but anyway, the filter is hidden down where you cant see it. that'll be ok for police i'd think. |

in new south wales its my understanding that the filter must legally be in side some form of airbox for epa reasons, i dont know how it varied from state but cai's and sri's are one of the most common things that cops defect drivers for .

cool, did you tell your insurance company about the injen modification, im with NRMA and worried they wont accept it on my policy due to the fact it may be illegal, but if i didnt tell them about it and have a crash with it on there they might not cover me. What do I do?

tidy, there is no difference in legality between a cai and sri.
marty - just tell them you have a modified air intake. dont go into much details. |

I wouldnt mind jumping on the bandwagon in a GB on the injen but i would be after one to fit the mx6/Probe. So if this little detail doesnt hinder the chance then I am in
