Custom install for the boost controller, really pleased with how this turned out!

Brand new front bracket: (old one was cracked and had a hole torn out...)


2 Brand new SPAL radiator fans mounted by more custom brackets.







Custom wiring loom for the turbo timer and gauges using an RX7 FD3 turbo timer harness:

Not just cleaned, sterilised coolant tank!

Custom oil cooler piping and oil cooler which was actually completely designed from scratch by Nathan at work:




Silicone hoses:



Braces:





Genuine Apexi air filter not a fake one like I bought first….. and more custom brackets:









Custom one off CAC with baffle plate to direct air flow across the core



Custom air ducting at front to force air through the CAC then through the radiator (need painting) Space for new horns….


Temporary decat to get to the exhaust fabricators.

At home in time for Japfest 1…. Alternator issues… over charging…




Decided best bet as the 1.5 alternator is controlled by the ECU and the 1.8 isnt we should swap the alternator over… hey presto its works still another day at the garage including drive shaft removal….

We're running 0.6 Bar boost as day to day driving and 1.2 Bar for track days etc.

Thor Racing for tuning the engine to 275BHP at the wheels and 315BHP at the flywheel @ 1.2Bar (quick change of the spring in the external waste gate and we should be able to produce up to 1.8Bar)
Aline Alignment great place for 4 wheel alignment, definately know their stuff!!
Our other halves for letting us go AWOL most weekends

There is bound to be some that I’ve forgotten! Please tell me ASAP and I’ll add you on!

There’s still a lot of finishing up to do, gearbox mods and body work the bumper has always needed a respray but will have to wait for funds to allow as we’re now broke…..

that's a lot of work!
I hope you spent time wrapping up the wires and protecting them from getting cut/rubbed through... last thing you want are electrical gremlins!

really pleased with the engine bay the cam cover design was one Dad had in his head so i photoshopped it we liked it then we did it

wish we had a perspex bonnet now! lol

yep its all wrapped in conduit and insulation tape and all holes are grommeted too

short circuits scare me!
