what dogo said with the relay is the best way as that way nothing will be overloaded. but u will get same in a shorter time if you tap in to the acc wire on the back of the cd player as that wire only goes live when the key is to accecories, just make sure you put a fuze in, probaby no more than 5 amp, mayb even smaller i dont know how much current it will draw vs how much acc circuit can handle. dogos way is still the best as you are not running any chance of overloading anything
