Mkid's thread has made me curious. I thought ABS was only introduced on the BA V6 and the later 323 sedans, and that SP Astinas never had ABS as an option. Could anyone confirm/deny this?

after you buff it perhaps you can get some clear tint and tint the lenses (effectively just coating them but not affecting the light transmittancy )

How much do those rotary things cost? Can I do it by hand instead? I realize it'll take ages but will I get the same results?

http://www.lamin-x.com/Mazda-Prot-g-...ers-p/m011.htm the film & shipping to Ipswich works out to be $49.95usd, not bad considering... Also, could the HID kit have something to do with that?

dont be. Iv done it on heaps of cars. i actully just use 2000 followed by 3000 then just buff with normal mild cutting compound.
if u realy dont want to sand ur lights, just buff them with a abbrasive cutting compound on a medium speed (dont put the speed to high or u could burn the plastic) Wont be as affective as useing sand paper but will make them look alot better Thats just buffing with no sand paper

wow that does make quite a difference. I've got lots of chips in my headlights so I think i'm gonna need to sand it, but i'll find something to practice on first
