they are completely different...but double island point now does have camping grounds available for non 4x4s and has sealed roads...

as far as i know both are now accessible by non 4wds...

Or there is Lumley Hill camping ground at Wivenhoe Dam, was out there a couple weeks ago and was actually not too bad
