Well I had a broken window change it but has wrong tint. Removal of the tint no issue. So Yeah I'm in no worries if you get it going. Proberly not whole car but maybe.
Don't care for warrenty just want the rear in privacy tint |

Actually to be ohnest putting it on is piss easy if you do it often enough. but the cost and time, it's not worth it. Okay I understand if your strapped for cash but even at full price it's headache. The real cost is actually removal. I bet if I asked for price to remove it from my tailgate window with out damaging the heater -HA. LOL I once got a quote of $200 on sedan no warrenty if the demister comes off either. I heard of others quoting upward of $500. Removal is the real cost and on most windows best if you hit it your self. On some cars I've left the rear and only changed sides because if it. Both times I had not choice. I did it myself. I hatted both days. Plus I'm very very very picky on my own work. For the cost IMO it's better off getting someone else to do it. |

The easiest part Is actually the removal of the tint. Easiest thing to DIY. All you need is the right technique. I have never been quoted more that 100 for removal of tint on all windows btw.
Also.. The whole no warranty on tint under 35% is just crazy and a load of crap! The warranty doesn't and shouldn't matter on % It's obviously just that persons policy. All good films carry a "lifetime" warranty no matter on the %

You can buy tint off them but not cheap with the price they are willing to do us as a club might aswell let them do it properly once and get a warrenty so if something goes wrong u dont have to worry about it

doesn't matter whether the tint is legal or not. I mean... who says he tints even going on a registered car?? if the product is faulty... its faulty. end of the day... if the tint goes crappy (and you are the owner who put it on) you can easily claim the warranty (even if the tint isn't legal) via fair trade. happened before, and it was the easiest thing in the world to claim for.
