Unless you're running straight LPG, then they don't care, or it's pre-1976.
LOL , there is no chance running the stock ECU of SP20 for a turbo lol..

How did you get your one passed then? what ECU you were using?

Cheers

To get mine engineered i used a BG GT-X ECU. The BA BPs used the BG BP emissions data, so there was no issue there.

You might be able to use the US MSP ECU...or at least say you are. Doubt it though as it was never complied/tested/sold here.

Nope, has to be re-engineered for each state. And each state has different laws on the used of aftermarket ECUs.

Get a wiring diagram, swap some pins. Not that big a deal - it's how the GT-X ECU was made to run in the BA

i need to talk to wholesalesuspension.
he got the same setup as mine and he bought a US MSP ECU but finally ended using Stinger EMS like mine.

Still its not guaranteed that it'll pass though lol.

So it looks like i have a new set of coilovers coming over for the Astina from Japan.

I threw a bid on the Aragostas that were up for sale yesterday, and the seller ended the auction early. This never happens. He must have been desperate for some quick cash!

Aragosta are basically one of the best adjustable coilover setups you get get. They retail for 378000yen - so just under $4500
12 step damper adjustment, adjustable-camber pillowball tops, 7kg fronts and 6kg rear springs.

Pretty happy about that! Looks like the JICs i've currently got will be up for sale then.

Put it back together today, and went to a mates new workshop for a dyno day.

Made 10kw...LOL

Didn't want to spin up both wheels on the dyno, so i suspect the spider gears in the diff are just going "no, **** you, i'm not taking any more power you try and put through me".

Only thing i can think of that would cause it. All the power was going to the RHS wheel, and the left was spinning at probably 10% of the speed of the right.

Just makes me more motivated to throw in the LSD gearbox LOL

It used to be fine with the power, but lately it's turned into a torque-steering pig. Now i know why! LOL

That and the front bushes are fubar. But i've got new swaybar and LCA bushes to go in. I think i'll order some steering rack ones too though, just in case.
