Thanks guys :-) yeah noticed it when i put them on so they have come off until i get a chance to spray them.. didnt realise how faded they were
Was more a reference to what they look like on the car.. cause i know there were a couple of people keen for a set **** small update have painted wiper arms today at work cause it was SOOOOO busy ;-) and didnt want to miss out on this heat to paint them :-) ***** Last edited by swift jimmy; 04-01-2012 at 02:09 PM. |

Had a fun arvo playing around with the Lamin-X tint. Have done the foglights and the blinkers. Still have headlights and rear lights to go. Also decided to finally do the most important mod.. astinagt.com sticker :-D

What's best for painting wiper arms? I've got a bit of satin black rattle can left over from my headlights, not sure specifically if it's sufficiently waterproof or not.

i just sanded mine back first then hit them with the satin black seem to be holding up alright with all the rain we have had here.

Love coming to work at the moment :-) getting car parts left right and center from the courier.. These rocked up this morning they are lug nut caps.. $20 including shipping come in different colours aswell. www.colorlugs.com/colors.htm

Thanks for the colour ideas peeps.
Marc - like your suggestion of gold cause know one else has done it.. but i hate the colour gold. so im going to go buy a can of matte black and also a can of candy apple red.. thinking the rear badges candy apple red and the front one black |
