FS [QLD] BPT turbo parts and Toyota Gearbox conversion parts

Hi guys , not much interest in the car at the moment so might part out the engine and leave the bay empty for a future project.

looking at selling the following basically in 'clumps' as the parts are useless by themselves but go together as a puzzle.these are effectively mini upgrade packages that can bolt onto any BPT motor

i have worked it out based on realistic prices that i would pay myself 2nd hand and are far before what it cost.. i dont really want to sell the car anyway so it might be easier to sell parts. al lof these combined made approx 360hp at wheels on 25psi and was reliable daily

anyway here we go,

Toyota Gearbox setup for KE/BF $2500

this is a mr2 GAGZE aw11 gearbox , with machined out bellhousing to make room for the BPT flywheel teeth. a few holes were tigged up where it wore thru. the adapter plate was dowled and bolted onto the box then tig welded the ends of bolts. it doesnt come off the box with grindind down the welds. the advantage is the box is just like a normal box and goes on in one piece. the starter motor area is ground out big time but not thru the box. the starter motor itself is slightly ground to fit. the box is fitted with FWD levin gear change arms and has celica cables and shifter in car , the box is painted 2k silver but now has a few scratches on bottom as its been removed a few times to replace a syncro. the box itself works fone and has modified oil squirters onto 3rd gear and the selector forks as they burn up in stock form. has a TRD clutch LSD inside . the axles are GZE levin and have been machined on the spline to give approx 10mm shofter length, end CV's are brand new. there is a bracket that bolts the layshaft to the BPT.

you need to trim a small bit from the back of your motor to slide this on.

comes with slave cylinder and release bearing which has a 10mm collar to make up for the plate. clutch is organic 3s-gte and has a custom pressure plate of 2300lb it doesnt slip with 400hp at fly. - custom cross member made of box steel tig welded up, has side braces that go to the trailing arms. also custom engine mounts.

it will 99% bolt in. you need a BG/KF hydralic clutch master to use it. these bolt into the KE/BF

includes

Mr2 Gearbox with adapter plate on bellhousing
TRD clutchpack LSD
shortened 4AGZE axles with new CV's
Custom engine mounts
Custom crossmember to fit KE/BF Fwd chassis
cables/shifter assembly
Custom clutch to suit 350hp with release bearing

Turbo Setup for BPT $2600

includes

Garrett GT3071r with special .78 T3 twin scroll housing from Fullrace.
Steampipe twin scroll manifold - took weeks to make - is a masterpiece , heat paint has fallen off otherwise perfect.

44mm tial wastegate to match-custom dump pipe to under motor with plumb back for gate - braces to motor ,water and oil cooling lines to suit - speedflow.
4 inch intake pipe to up to where pod filter goes - with silicon joiners
custom modified ASI Honda alloy radiator and hoses to suit KE/BF so turbo can fit snug. - has large thermo fan on.



BPT Engine setup $1800


Flowed and ported BPT head with new valves and restrictors removed
has stock BPT cams and brand new lifters recently fitted
BPT block with wiseco 8.6:1 forgies
ARP head studs
ARP main studs
metal head gasket
GTR conrods
motor has 170psi on all 4 , and has done 5000km if that.
good for 25psi, no head lift
Custom plenum chamber with internal trumpets and 65mm Throttle body
engine has no fuel rail or injectors. will sell plenum seperately $500

the engine does have a slight tap sound due to the forged pistons. i have no sound deadener in the car and the fuel rail also generates noise so may be silent in another car. the motor is tough as and the only limit is the GTR conrods for future mods.

thats it basically. the intercooler and airbox and catch can will all remain with the car ,

Is anyone still in the market for these sort of parts ? all the hard work has been done and will bolt right in.
