However as Frankenstina has to be driven home the following day and I like my licence the long street in an industrial area would have to be the drag strip at WSID as I am not encouraging illegal behaviour on this forum.
Yes im a kill joy. Sorry folks but I don't want my car in a crusher or confiscated.
That's fair enough, no pressure

How long are you down here phil? And staying anywhere near WSID?

I will be in town for the week of 26th aug until 2 sept and have no plans for the week apart from catching up with my sister a few times as she will be over from NZ.
I am staying in Manly which isn't the best location but I can't complain as it is where my mate lives.
As far as WSID goes its about 60 km from my mates and I see that they have the Hi-Tec Oils Race 4 Real on Wednesday Aug 29 - 2012.
Anyone interested?

I don't live far away from WSID. Every wednesday as long as its not raining.

I'd be down for racing.

It's $20 entry for people watching only, and $50 bucks entry for racing.

Just need a helmet with current tags, I bought one from online helmet website for $90 bucks to my door. And long sleeve shirt and pants and shoes, no thongs or any open toe shoes.

My misses went a few weeks ago for the first time in the boosted sp20, I'd like to see what times I would do before dropping my new motor and box and bigger boost.

I will chuck my helmet in the car just in case as QLD has a full face requirement and im not sure about NSW as my mate only has open face helmets for his scooter.

You can use open face helmets at wsid

I own and use my open face helmet every time ive been

The helmet must have the current adr tags on the back of it, they do check every helmet.

Im better off bringing mine as I know it fits me and still has the tags on it.
We are not allowed open face helmets here any more at Queensland raceway.

I would love to see how a FS-ZE goes compared against a unmodded FS-DET, I think it would be an interesting race.
However your car isn't stock so I am prepared to loose this one.

IS Kirrawee maccers - the one on the Wrong side of the road for going south?.

Anyway, Not sure if I'll make this one. As at the moment I would only have the Lexus and at worst I'd take the Mazda2. but I think I have kiddie issues that weekend.

Yeahh its on the wrong side of the road for going south.. Soo if your coming down the road heading south maccas will be on the other side of the road.. Easyest way is to drive past it and turn right at the lights then the first into the back street...
