What sort of cost would you be looking at for the clear bra wrap?

Well i went and got a quote for it at this accessory place in Newy, they wanted like $700 for their package
which covered the bumper, part of the bonnet, part of front 1/4's and the mirrors, basically the front nose section of the car. Its already made to a template. The stuff they use is made by 3M, its called Ventureshield Clear Bra. I can do it myself and get a roll of it just for the front bumper and lip from ebay for around $300 delivered, from the US. There is a bunch of different size rolls you can get, im looking at getting one thats 1.5M x 3M (60 inches X 10 Feet) which is more than enough for what i need http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/3M-Ventur...fe040a1&_uhb=1 |

dude you wired it wrong form memory. I always use new relays my self non given with horn etc
but output ot horn should be 87 - 30 battery and Horn input your old horn wire to 85 or 86 and ground to 85-86. 85-86 is the coil from my moery and the other the switched device unless it's marked different. Some will have a 87A which is the reverse so the relay breaks the contact on a 5 pole. And some have twin 85's so you can do the same on the coil. But still a Relay makes sense and well all mine have air horns. Yes even the Lexus has upgraded horns. All run off relay you get more positive engagement. Unless the relay is stuffed you wired it wrong. |

Bit of an update
Currently working on Projector retrofit, just waiting on some Red Halo's pics when its complete and fitted on car. In the mean time I managed to pick up some EVO 8 Wheels for $200, Specs are 17X8 +38 with some Kumho KU31 215/45's on it. Put them on straight away since I have discovered my front Lower control arm Bushes and Ball joints are well.... Fooked! They have made the camber ware really excessive on the front wheels of my AME Tracers, the rear wheels are like new and have more camber on it. I have figured that since I am already running -3.4 degrees camber on the front and since the car is front wheel drive there is a hell of stress/ware on the front and really has chewed up the front tyres after 8,000k's I am getting a new wheel alignment next week, and will be looking at getting some new LCA Bushes and Ball Joints. So here are a few pics with the EVO 8 wheels |
