Lets hope, hey! i won't be doing this for some time, I want to install the projectors and paint the inserts all at the same time to avoid cracking the headlights open numerous times so I have to order and then wait for my projectors to come in (they're from the US so it'll take its sweet time ) but all should be awesome when its all together!

I found a set of pre-painted ones (just with the reflectors - no projectors) on ebay, so that gives me a basis for comparison as I think these look cool!

So its just dawned on me that there are way too many images, so I'll tidy it up sometime... more like when I can be bothered haha! (EDIT: Done!)

Soooooo........ Another pointless update, but this is a worklog

Today I recieved my Familia badge, pictured alongside the 'Evil M' badge which are both getting painted (hopefully tomorrow if it isn't raining!) and installed.

And still somewhat pissed that my springs still haven't been installed!

If you have any bleach in the house, I suggest letting them soak in a container overnight, helps with removing the chrome off the badges

Marc - I'll give it a crack tomorrow, we'll see how it goes

Harry - haha I think I'll end up waiting to paint them, I'll prep them as soon as possible but I have no idea when I'll be able to paint haha due to this crazy rain (and there's no way in hell I'm painting inside :/)

So just some recent pictures I took up in the hills

So with the help of Drift Thorpey, I finally got my springs installed! Has lowered the car a fair amount that I'm more than happy with, bigger rims are next in my list to complete the look. Not to mention there is a drastic improvement in handling, making the twisties more fun

EDIT: Will get some better photos soon

Rims are next for sure, thinking about 17's but I'm not sure if I'm going to have problems later down the track with rubbing etc. I've been having a looking at some 16's for now, I've seen a pretty nice set of Rota Grid's on ebay, but who knows what I'll end up going for. Might even just wait and see what Rupe has in stock

Hahaha there are always TE37's that look similar, but they cost about twice or even three times as much as the Rota's

You won't have Any issues with rubbing if you decrease your profile.
That way you end up with the same rolling diameter.
Rubbing only happens because of a poor offset and width combo.

For a goo balance between looks and performance... 17" for sure
Only reason I went with 18's was just because I loved my rims... And could pretty much guarantee that I wouldn't see another sp20 with them

I'll be hunting around for some 17"s then

Another performance mod to come soon, putting my AGT decal on the car soon, so should boost the power figures up another 10 or so kilowatts

HIDs are to be installed next... obviously when this rainy weather clears up

Oh, and Smurfy, I've found some Rota Grids in 5x114.3 (17x7 I think?) ... so they aren't just 4-stud!
