Oil in air intake pipe????
Hi guys,
Had the pipe of for a look and noticed after the afm that it was a bit oily inside. I'm guessing coming from one of the pipes that comes from the manifold area into that pipe. Should this be happening or is there a problem somewhere?? Any help is appreciated thanks Womble |

small amount of oil residue is normal, if it's drenched, you may have a blow by problem - rings may be farked causing combustion pressure leaking, forcing oil out the breather pipe connected to the intake pipe.
wipe it clean and check it in a month - if it drenched again in 1 month then you have a problem. |
