Exclamation POSTERT insovlent / bankrupt

POSTERT INSOLVENT

I won a small auction on ebay...the seller was postert itself...

they sent me the paying information
and the owner of the bank account was

"weidmann trust account for postert" !!!
that got me prick-eared, since such trust accounts are often used when liquidators run a company...

so i searched a litle and found this:
http://www.beetle-forum.de/Hecksch%F...%3B_62392.html

---------------
the guy "bi-beetle" wrote that he called postert because of a missing part in a delivered package and they told him that they couldn't get it for him because they're insolvent...

the guy "dieterb" confirmed it 2 posts below....
---------------

DAMN!!!
postert made such nice stuff for the Mazda models... let's hope the liquidator can save the company!

Ich spreke nicht deutch! My Scandanavian doesn't quite extend so far that I can read much more than German prepositions I'm afraid. I think you or Aaron would have to translate the croux of the story for us.

i'll make it short:
there's a high probability that there will be no more postert parts produced in the future.
which is bad because: they made nice stuff for all the mazda models...

True, they did make classy stuff. Someone else will more than likely buy the molds though.

That is a shame, that looks like a really cool bodykit on the 323

they got much more for the BJ.. a nice exhaust system, leather interior, rims etc... postert is/was a well known company..what a pity..hopefully the liquidator can save them..
