thats cus wax and grease remover does sweet **** all to the sticker. its not grease or wax, u might as well be using water, prob help more cus ud use more
best thing for taking of anything sticky is a adhesive remover (like mild adhesive solvent) i use it all the time to take the residue of the rego sticker of the window, and its fairly mild as it doesnt damage the tint.pure citrus is what i use |

got back to my car today and found a completely stock blue sp20 parked behind me so i thought i would take a photo
tried taking the stick stuff of the doors where the black side strips were i have hit a road block i have used orange power (citrus), wax & grease remover and methylated spirits. the last 2 ruin the paint it leaves lots of micro scratches which makes the gloss misty and the first does nothing. i managed to get around 30 centimeters of the stuff off today after an hour of scraping with a screw driver covered with a rag and then using my finger nails but i cant do the whole 2 meters on either side like that please help |

worked it out. went to the smash repair around the corner and he said to use a caramel wheel which will cost me $8 or he will do it for me using his for a 6 pack so i figured he would do a better job.
also put on the smokey clear indicators and a blue led in the glove box and changed the numberplate lights to LEDs. |

You'll find that Isopropyl alcohol is much better for that sort of stuff then methylated spirits, it doesn't leave residue and just works better for removing sticky stuff. (Great for removing thermal grease too )

Piping goes into the wheel well, and the pod shouldnt get wet unless you arent running a inner plastic guard...
