Just one question Brian.
With the blanking plate on the drivers side, won't the flow of coolant "out" through the AN-16 bung to the radiator inhibit the return flow from the turbo AN-4 line "in"? My only suggestion would be to mount it in the gutted stock water pump shaft hole. Looking good otherwise

No, The pump will draw a negative pressure on that side of the motor as coolant is removed from the radiator, and will cause high pressure in the pump housing..
BIG Throttle Body! Installed on the 505!

Here is a Big Update.
Kyle and Steve helped with the engine assembly and install today. The Rad Fits.. The Rad Fan Shroud will not.

Information for the 65mm BBK Mustang Throttle Body Modification. The TB takes the Mustang TPS TPS Part Number #DY-967 F4SZ-9B989-AA and Wire Kit Part Number WPT-993 1U2Z-14S411-AFB They require an aftermarket EMS such as a Haltech or AEM. So the Wastegate is Liquid Cooled. The wastegate is fed by an AN4 Steel Line, but it goes near the Manifold and Downpipe. The Lines are being protected by a Silicon Heat Sleeve. It is good for 1700 Deg F Same thing on all of the lines including the Oil Feed to the turbo.. No more... Power Steering Air Conditioner Water Pump... So the Belt looks like this now... 27.5" Long... BTW: UPDATES!!!

Rolled the car out to get the floor in the garage cleaned...
The GT30 sits Center-line. It was the first time I was able to see the turbo from a distance because it had always been in the garage.

The Photo called OCD is the turbo Oil Return to the Engine. It is a Full AN10 Stainless line that drops 90 Degrees into a 45 Degree fitting into the windage tray. Rather than putting this into the oil pan below the oil line, this return is placed deliberately above the oil level so it will function properly. If I were to be asked to choose one picture that describes the level of detail that I put into my build, it is this picture.

I managed to get the AN16 Fittings on to the Braided lines.
Sorry for the **** picture, and yes there is a blanking plate missing where the hose meets the head. It is being welded Thursday.. No the hose will not touch the intake, It's a bad angle..
