lol get us some jobs there and we'll all move up!

Dont think we would have enough cars for it to be worth making a day out of it (e.g. dyno place prob wouldnt consider it)

Half the cars in QLD are ex Astina owners or their mates up here in QLD.
Im sure you will be able to get enough interest to hold one there.
There is enough interest for QLD to be on its 3rd dyno day in 3 years!!

i have plenty of friends that would attend but none of them have mazdas. we could possibly try combine it with fordlaser.com to get the numbers and then if we want a few extras bring mates along with other cars

I wil tell you right now problem with DYNo days

Organizing is a Peice of PISS. - Problem is COST. two rules one upfront money

Most ***** ( I mean in a nice way ) On forum boards - Don't PAY. They are tight arses

So they SAy they will come but don't say they will pay but really just come ot watch. I call it the GAY PUFTER Syndrome of SYDNEY. in QLD no PUFTERS in MELBOURNE - they just hide. I even saw a Dyno day V8 one in SA on visit. over 200 cars.

To make it affordable like $50-80 each go you need many cars. Or set a number etc.

I know Skylines Australia way way back had Dyno tune day all up 8 cars - only for Power Fc owners and they got tuned on the day or minor tunes. they all payed $200 or something back ten years ago or so.

I'm sorry to say the only way to have power runs is

Find out over all cost the dyno shop will need. Have it ready first - AKA you or or group or organization has it NO problem.
Then work out car -per cost to break even. Aim for that and make sure you get deposited money to cover this cost. It puts of Wankers because they dont' have the money. They also cry like babies but it's what happens.

Last time I was involved in dyno day I was only there to collect. IN Sydney every tight arse who turned up late or ended up back of the line whinged complained pushed in etc.

the best one is seriosu money number serious applications - end on list that Number that's it etc. Most shops don't mind and they are the ones who normally want more cars. But if you aim for number have agrrement etc. you can run a good day.

Relying on internet people to turn up with out a deposit and full deposit is your biggest risk.

thats why i was thinking it will need to be organised with a few different clubs and ask mates along to. all the ones i have been to around newcastle and central cost have been good turn outs. newcastle has alot of ppl interested in dyno days.

the reason i wanted a AGT dyno day is i dont see anything happening with Astinas in nsw anymore no cruises or dyno days nothing its like the day of the astina has passed.

i want to see what people have been working on over the last 3 or so years that nothing has happened
