that can most certainly fit.

the way you'd do it is mount it above the gearbox and have a torque bar linking the belts from the driver's side to the pass side. hell you could even get creative and develop an adapter for the dizzy that moves it out a certain distance, then you put a pulley there to run the SC.

so in other words, yes it can be done. you just have to think outside the square

this could get interesting. A supercharger the size of godzilla on a lil 1.6.

Has potentiall i'll give you that. Not sure how long the engine will last but if it's that old who cares?

sorry but this surely is a "piss take"
that S/C will prolly take just under 80hp to drive it!!!

if you brought it TAKE IT BACK..get a smaller one
sorry if this is legit...but man..WTF

hope you got a bargain and can make a few $$ off it.

Give it a try if you're keen. But the 1.8 doesn't have enough torque to run a s/c that size and get a decent result - hence why the turbo is a better option.

its dooable.. the 1.8 might have enough torque to run it. and if it does it will be interesting to see what sort of power it gives you..
