Nah, Mazda Aus don't generally deal with Mazdaspeed stuff as they wont cover it with a warranty.

There's a few sets of 4 stud ones above.

From what i've seen:

MS-01Rs are 4 stud, but only come in 14-15 inch
MS-01Fs are 5 stud, and are 16-17 inch
MS-01Cs are 5 stud, and are 17-18 inch
MS-01Ss can be either, but the 4 stud ones are usually 15-16 inch, while the 5 stud are 16-18 inch

The MS-03s come in 4 stud as well though, and the MS-Tourings are 4 and 5 stud. MS-02s are 5 stud only.

Exclusively 4x100. I can't say i've ever seen a set of 4x114.3s at all.

But the 4x100 are either +35 or +38 depending on width, not +40.

Yeah, rims made by RAYS are generally pretty light for their size/construction.

I wouldn't think so, but i'm not 100% with BG fitment.
It depends how low your car is - i'd think that the back arches would be a problem area if there is going to be an issue.

According to the tyre calc, they'd be 9 mm closer to the struts, and 29 mm closer to the guard (compared to 14x5.5 +45 stockies).

Time to get out the tape measure, but don't forget that most tyres taper at the sides as they get closer to the tread so that will give you a little more clearance.
