I've applied for a transfer to a much closer store, but there are no guarantees about pretty much anything relating to position/hours etc. Slim but possible chance I could get a few more hours where I am, but not sure.

Working casual or studying/ working part time? If second it may be harder to get a loan and harder to repay.

Could you just borrow money from your parents and pay them off later?

Uhh, not really. I still have to pay dad back $4000 from the protege.

He's not fussed too much about when he gets the money, but yeah.

Good news, everbody. The guy the tow guy recommended came around and had a look at the car and has offered $700 and I don't have to pay for the tow. When I get back to adelaide I can finally get rid of it and it won't stare at me every time I leave the house.

that's great, knew you could get more then $500, if you were up here it would have gone or been sorted already.

No worries, might be easier to sell it as a whole system anyway. Just picked up a 1995 Mitsubishi FTO GPX from Canberra. Staying with a friend who's moved here recently, and off early in the morn' tomorrow back to Adelaide.

Uh. Hm. Depends on a few things. 1) do you really want them, because I am unsure about the structural integrity of the left back rim that got hit with the front of a car. It looks fine, aside from having more gutter-rash-like stuff on it.

2) might have to check with the wrecker-guy who's offered me money for it.

Yeah, sorta had to to break all the stuff it did. No worries, means I don't have to try and take them off, haha.
