While the car has been down I put on a different rear lip and debadged the rear and added "mazdaspeed" decals to the wing to give the car a true brochure look
On the way from washington (where i did my KLZE swap) I took this pic and thought it was epic!!:frantic: Last footage of the crusty old K8 Engine fairy's have struck!!! The new KLZE all in.....This engine was made for this car I only left my "tuned by mazdaspeed" badge [/QUOTE] |

Nice,
Love a car worklog with lots of pictures, but some might need to be re-sized (way to big for my pc) But nice work, lots of mods, especially suspension wise. |

Here is my gold horn button, pad and ring closer
The minty wheel and heres pics of the new interior now that I own the car. Mazdaspeed B-Spec steering wheel installed with the wheel pad, CF look ring, and gold mazdaspeed horn button. I have to still get mazdaspeed sport seats but that will be later on... You can also barely see in the pics my interior pieces I had clear coated. It looks 10X better in person. I did the trim around the gauge cluster the radio and hvac controls and all the front dash vents to give the interior that "piano black" look alot of new cars have now a days. It came out good I love it Also here is a pics of my mazdaspeed carbon look shift knob My authentic mazdaspeed bonnet badge that took me forever to find. Is still have a little adhesive I have to clean off. Putting on my OEM headlight covers for a photo And a brand new shot of my complete front end revamp. All I did was blacked out the grills. Changed the VHT darkened blinkers for some clear blinkers. Also my MS hood badge is fitted on and my hood pins are installed. |

Beautiful work, love picture heavy build logs... but the size thing prohibits a decent look.

That "bpt 323 traction bar", can you provide details on where you sourced it from?
I cruised back over your thread for ideas on how to structure my own build log and saw this chunk of goodness. I'd love to know if it would bolt up to a ba, beautiful bit of kit that is. Looks like it would stiffen the front end up a fair bit too, how say you? Sexy, sexy car bud. |
