Definitely an afternoon session Ryan. I don't think anyone wants to be out at Willowbank at 9am on a Sunday morning.

Well, unless some other group books the reat of the day, we should be able to choose start/finish times. Sounds like 11am-3pm or 10am-2pm would work better for most people. I will let you know once the buggers from IWMAC are actually available to talk to.

OK, thread dig time. The date is August is out, but I've got a slot for Saturday October 13. HOWEVER. I will need CAMS insurance to have our own day there. I will check on this tomorrow but I have a bad feeling it will be a bit steep. SO. The IWMAC club themselves are holding a Come and Try day on Sunday October 14, which will be insured by them and will be exactly like what I was trying to setup, but more people I guess. Same rules to race, just cash on the day. I will update once I get off the phone with CAMS tomorrow.

Not going to happen sadly. I would have to take out insurance with CAMS for the day which is around $700 before even paying to rent the track. We aren't a properly registered 'car club' and therefore can't get cheap insurance for days like these. There are come and try days though, and you're more than welcome to find another club to run with, like the Evo club or BMW club.

just a small don't get your hopes up heaps up. but i have been investigating public liability options for this dirt track and for skidpan days. keep you informed.

p.s. yes i said skidpan days.
