yeah KL-Ze been done saw it was done to a KC - LAser same thing really . I think Mr.mx6 ( he had HT BA with KL-DE.)bought it not sure if it still lives.

but all interesting stuff.

I'm surprised you didn't follow the more common NZ thing and get the 626 FE DOHC in it. But I guess playing with the BP is more KIWI style.

evilist, I thought I had my hands full

wish I could use NZ-trademe it won't let me register. Keeps masking for me to ad $10 & when I go to, states you can't add anymore $$$ you are in credit.

There is so much stuff I have needed over the year & just watched it all go..................

Is this bull****e because you have to have a kiwi bank account?

not too sure i don't use trademe that often, I thought someone in AUS bought Trademe a few years ago??

I bought this off a member on another forum he had it for 3 weeks and wanted to use it as his project car, but he doesn't like BFs he already had a GTR and wanted another BG.

I was really lucky he said $300 and my dad argued him down gotta love the parents when they come along aye haha

a Few people are doing the KL swap atm, someone in NZ and there is a guy in the US whos doing it as well and they are almost done.

Like this guy

just look around man, trademe, trade and exchange. Sometimes there is one on the side of the road as well. Try and find one with minimum rust, my one had some rust but it was some hard work a few days welding everything up. It also had a Huge leak on the passenger side took out the dash, and there it was a BIG hole :| Its all fixed now but was some hard work lol

Small update, went to a Mazda 323 meet (a small amazd.co.nz one) a few days ago and had my water pump go on the way back from it Had water coming out from everywhere LOL. Tomorrow that should be fixed, I'm just waiting for some extra money to lower my car. Was thinking of getting some adjustable sleeves from another car and get them fitted on my shocks.

pic of the 626 Lip on my new bumper will look mean with my car lowered

small update on what i did today, went out to the wreckers and got a loom for my BFMR. Couldn't find a turbo one so got a NA one instead only downside is i cant run a knock controller. Installed it all and started up my BFMR runs good only problem is it wont turn off. I think its the ignition key will fix that tomorrow.

BFMR is up and running again next on the list is strip out everything inside and respray the inside white

Hey can you tell us how the 626 lip is mounted?

Taking a rough look, it seems to follow the lines of the SP20 bumper, and well if its too big it'll be cut to fit ( assuming thats a cut line in the middle of the bumper...)

Cheers

The GD 626 lip will be miles too narrow for the SP20.
