Better looking = yes.
More practical = no. Nicer to drive = no. Try getting someone tall to sit in the back of your BA without whinging. |

I disagree. Stock for stock, a BA is much nicer to drive, in my opinion.
But I never said anything about practical - i know they're crap compared to the BJ lol

We can't get in to discussion of which shape looks and is better as each individual has their own needs and purposes and tastes. I personally think the BA is the best shape, and for what I needed was practical, and very comfortable. Looked like a coupe but had 4 doors. But that's my opinion and that's why I got it. And everyone here got theirs because they wanted that one at the time.
Nothing of the three (bg ba bj) beats the BJ in overall practicality (Marc's car for eg), but I never needed to transport big objects (eg fridge ) Last edited by 70NYD; 16-01-2012 at 05:52 PM. |

Ba styling cue's were way ahead of their time, and always has been the most attractive design of its era IMO.

Indeed smurfy.
Reading back on the previous posts, Dennis is a good guy! Cut him a bit of slack! But regardless, the motor and car is very healthy, pulls quite hard! Much harder then my de ever did, look forward to fostering it with a new home in my hatch. |

He is a good guy, he just makes a few silly posts whilst drunk. I would have like to have got the chance to say hi to him whilst I was in Sydney but I was too hungover and had no map. |
