Demanius, prolly because you are carrying on like a chook with it's head cut off!

It's OK to be excited & yes the V6's are cool but, when you change your story like the wind & confuse other members who are trying to take you seriously ie: engines, & come the "stealth" with everyone, it pisses people off you see? .....

You are right Naughty , I apologise to DC for saying such nonsense.

And for crapping on without proof.


What a mess again, i have got to return to reality.

IE. - Respecting other members.

- Provide Proof of the engine power.

- To stop talking ****.

- Yes I confused other members. I Did Tell my Cousin to put a KLZE in.

- I Got confused about the Manifold as it was still the Type R one.

- I remember he told me about how he got it ported and polished.

- Yes he found a 2.5 KLZE with less than 45 000 kms.



Conclusion = I Will Get Proof, When I dyno the Car. And Post the results no matter if its 90 kilowatts at the wheels or 150 kilowatts at the wheels.

Confirmed - stroked to 3.0 Litres. (I sincerely didnt know this until i asked).

Dyno will come Soon.

I call bs, partly because if someone was working at lube mobile would probably never learn about in depth building of motors, similar to how i will never learn about wiring up machines in the mines.

Here's some mx6 people talking about the physics, have you revved it past 7k cause watch out if you have, things may explode if you're unlucky....

I really don't think it is possible to stroke a K series motor to 3L, mazda did some amazing things to make the block into a 2.5L by boring it out to the minimum possible bore thickness and stroked it as well to stretch it out to 2.5L
Can you please get you cousin to let us know how he did it so we can inform Mazda they were wrong when they designed the engine.
It is possible that he stroked your old engine out by using a 2.5 crank shaft, but I dont think it would fit.

Phil 3.2 litres stroked has been done in mx6 forums. But its cost a buttload and engineering...and true geniuses.sadly lube mobile would never train staff how a motor works.

not sure if the KLDE/ZE was stroked. I thought it was bored.

Anyway, regardless, stroking it would not be idle to increase HP. These are rev happy engines due to their short strokes. You would be far better to concentrate on raising the rev limit. The ZE in stock form would do 8g, the DE 7g.

It's still the same type R v6

The top end has been fixed up.

It felt like a bigger motor

I just was over excited that it's fixed up now

Been following the thread, this is the best advice yet. You'll gain much more respect if you stop typing and just make your next post the dyno chart. Good luck with the engine, whichever way it turns out.
