What causes this noise?

hey guys, bought to get a front mount etc done and was wondering if it was possible to get a setup which would kinda sound a bit like this

have heard it on a couple of 200sx and that clip is off a supra, any ideas?

if its the splashing sound at gear changes you are referring to, its just a BOV venting into the atmosphere.
